Our commitment
NOEZYS LTD is committed to making its website noezys.com accessible to the widest possible audience, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile applications, whose principles we apply even where they are not legally binding on us.
Compliance status
This site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. An internal automated audit is run continuously (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and complemented by manual testing (keyboard, NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers). An independent third-party audit is planned.
Accessible features
Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Escape).
Visible, high-contrast focus indicators on all interactive elements.
Semantic structure: HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, article), proper heading hierarchy, ARIA roles where needed.
Alt text on informative images; purely decorative images are marked aria-hidden.
Colour contrast meeting the AA ratio (4.5:1 for body text) across all primary content.
Tested compatibility with the main screen readers: NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android).
Multilingual site with appropriate lang attribute on each page.
prefers-reduced-motion is honoured: ambient animations are disabled when the user has enabled this setting at the OS level.
Forms with explicit labels and error messages exposed to assistive technologies.
Known non-conformities
Some embedded third-party content (videos, maps) may not be fully accessible.
Certain decorative elements (gradients, halos) do not meet the AAA ratio, but the associated text remains AA-compliant.
Captions are not systematically available on all video content when sourced from a client.
Evaluation methodology
The evaluation is based on:
Automated tests: axe DevTools (Deque), Lighthouse (Google), W3C HTML/CSS validators.
Manual tests: keyboard navigation, walk-throughs with NVDA and VoiceOver, contrast checks with dedicated tools.
Ad-hoc review of new components at every release.
